Hey Skye! Welcome to the final season before Allstars 2! Season 10 will have no surprises from us and will heavily revolve around the relationships everyone forms and the decisions made by the houseguests. We are very excited to have you play with us and just have a few questions before the game begins!
1. What would you say is your typical gameplay in your past ORG games? Do you usually play with your heart, play strategically, socially...?
2. What's the most important factor to you in this game? Are you in here to win, have fun, make AS2, make jury?
3. If you've already started on your social game, who do you see yourself working with long term? Who do you see yourself butting heads with?
4. What do you foresee being your biggest obstacle? Are you a good competitor? Do you struggle or excel socially? How easily do people trust you? How loyal are you?
That's all for now!
Thanks so much for playing and looking forward to reading your Diary Room entries!
1. What would you say is your typical gameplay in your past ORG games? Do you usually play with your heart, play strategically, socially?
It's hard to say. I feel like each game is different for me. The more I've played though, the more I've noticed that I've grown softer. I don't know why. The players that I get close to, I actually want to protect and keep around no matter what. A prime example would be my relationship with GinaMarie in Season 4, while playing as Rhian. I would have fought to the death for her in that game. Even though I feel like I've developed some soft undertones, I do think I still have it in me to be strategic. I will make the decisions that need to be made in order to get myself to the end, and in a way that gives me the best chance of winning. Overall, my most consistent form of gameplay has been to rely heavily on the social aspect; to be everyone's best friend, to be their confidant. We'll see how that fares this time, because I goto bed much earlier than I used to in the past. I'll have to dig up some willpower to stay up late when it's needed.
2. What's the most important factor to you in this game? Are you in here to win, have fun, make AS2, make jury?
All of the above. I'm sure you'll get that answer alot. ;x But, yeah. I definitely want to win more than anything else. I feel like I got robbed in Season 4. While I was happy that GinaMarie won, she being one half of the Femme Fatales, I still felt like I deserved a seat in that finale. Then, in AS1, I was saying and doing whatever I had to, to get to the end. I wanted that win just as bad, if not more. But, again, it wasn't in the cards for me. Me being here and returning to play is in the hope that I can finally win. I don't want to always be a bridesmaid! I want to be the bride! I have a deep love for this series [and it's hosts] and winning would be everything. However, I want to be able to have fun in the process, meet new people, advance far in the game, and make AS2, too! If I don't manage to make the end and win but still accomplish all that, I'll still feel like the winner.
3. If you've already started on your social game, who do you see yourself working with long term? Who do you see yourself butting heads with?
I haven't started on my social game yet. The AIM registration mishaps have shortened the pre-game conversations, for sure. I haven't sent or received any PMs either. However, looking over the cast, I see some unusual choices. It's not the standard crop of selections you see in most games, which I guess makes this pool of players unique. I would absolutely love to work with Tahan, get a whole #AussieBabes thing going. Boog, I think, is also from AUS? I wouldn't object to including her in that too. Showmance potential? Calum Best is the top contender. I liked Calum and if whoever is playing him, saw his season, we'll have something to talk about right away. I dislike Candice for the sole reason that she throws off the entire Memory Wall, LMAO. She just looks horrid. I want her to be monochrome and in last place. Jk, ya'll. :3 My OCD is just bad.
4. What do you foresee being your biggest obstacle? Are you a good competitor? Do you struggle or excel socially? How easily do people trust you? How loyal are you?
I choke. When I need a win the most, I flop. Always. It never fails. I want to break that this time. At some point in the season, there will maybe be a point where it's "Skye's going home if she doesn't win Veto," and I need to go out there and kill it. I tend to win competitions that I don't necessarily need, too. I'm going to try and tone it down early on, but I don't want to throw either. I feel that I excel socially, but it might be a challenge now with my adjusted sleeping schedule. I haven't played a game in over a year, so it'll be a challenge for me trying to revert back to late night socializing. Also, I'm usually loyal to the first person I have the best conversation with. Whoever gives me the best flowing chat, the one that shows equal amounts of interest, and shows that they care? They will be the one that I give my loyalty to. It's how it always goes, and I hope that one of these people are able to give me the opportunity to do that. Despite the inevitable obstacles, I'm looking forward to the season starting and am going to try and stay really positive.
